1. No Extra Payment
Your payment of plot(s) is all you need to pay for. There is no other payment as Statutory fee. A plot of land measured 500sqm in this estate cost N2.8m while 300sqm cost for N1.9m.

The Boulevard is directly is directly facing the road that leads to the new Lekki-Epe International Airport. It is just 4 minutes drive from Ketu Roundabout.

3. Allocation
After making full payment for the plot(s) of land, including payment for the Deed of Assignment and Survey Plan so, allocation follows.
4.When to Start Building
Construction can commence provided the Development Levy is also paid in full as the Building Plan approval is been soughed out and obtained from the appropriate authorities.
5.Flexible Payment plan
A plot of land measured 500sqm for N2.8m and half plot measured 300sqm for N1.9m has to be paid out rightly that is, within 2 months. But you can also be spread your payments for about 6months with an initial deposit of 500k.
After initial deposit, you are expected to pay the remaining balance monthly until all the money is paid. This is because any default shall be deemed as fundamental breach of agreement.
These will also result to 5% monthly default charge on the outstanding sum and re-allocation to another plot within the estate (with same specification).
6. Documents To Received After Payment
You will be getting an invoice and a receipt for the payment you have made but with Contract of Sale. That will be after every payment.
Deed of Assignment and survey Plan shall be prepared and handed over to the subscriber that have completed all their payment for the title documents before physical allocation.
7. Title
The Boulevard Estate, Epe comes with the Freehold title. The Land is free from government acquisition, adverse claim and any other form of encumbrance.
